#1 - At login screen, enter Username/Password and skip to #5  or if you don't
have a Username/Password  Click "Create Account and Purchase Access"

#2 - Create your personal username and password, enter your email address
        Receipts are sent to your email address.

#3 - Enter the CC/Debit owner's information and scroll down to enter CC/Debit information

#3 - Bottom of billing screen

#4 - Confirm your donation and click the "Purchase" button to complete.

#5 - Purchase Completed
After Play button becomes active click it to start.
